Question 1

Do I need to know Sanskrit?

Accepted Answer

No. The verse is accompanied by transliteration and a meaning. Read them first and take your time with unfamiliar words. The counter does not check pronunciation, so a completed circle is a record of your taps, not a certification of chanting.

Question 2

Is the daily verse chosen from my birth chart?

Accepted Answer

The current Astro screen selects its daily verse from a rotating collection and also shows a weekday mantra. Treat those as daily practice selections. Do not assume that the displayed verse is an individual prescription based on your exact birth time.

Question 3

How soon can I start, and how long does a mala take?

Accepted Answer

You can begin when the practice screen and any required saved record have loaded. There is no generated report to wait for. A mala has 108 repetitions, but its duration depends on the verse and your pace; there is no fixed ten-minute promise.

Question 4

Do I have to finish all 108 chants?

Accepted Answer

You can start with the time and attention you have. The app provides a full-mala counter, but reaching its end is not a test you must pass. Look at the activity actually recorded rather than treating an unfinished circle as a bad sign.

Question 5

Where is my practice saved?

Accepted Answer

Use the guided practice record in your signed-in Website Account or the practice progress in the GrahaGuru app. Shared account totals and older device-only totals can be shown separately. Check the save status before assuming that an activity has appeared on another device.

Question 6

What should I do if my count is pending?

Accepted Answer

Use the saved-practice retry option to check the record. Keep the account and session consistent while you do so. A pending record is a saving issue to resolve; it does not mean you need to repeat an entire spiritual practice to earn the count again.

Question 7

Will chanting guarantee a change in my luck or health?

Accepted Answer

No. The verse and its traditional associations offer a devotional focus. The app can count recorded activity, but it cannot verify a spiritual effect, predict a reward or diagnose a health concern. Keep practical decisions grounded in the facts of your situation.

Question 8

Where do I get support or ask about a charge?

Accepted Answer

Use Support in your account if the practice record or saving controls fail. Daily practice is presented without a payment step on this product page. If you are asking about a separate paid purchase, keep its receipt and consult the Refund Policy at /refund-policy.html.
