Question 1

Which spread should I choose?

Accepted Answer

A single card is enough for one theme or daily prompt. Three cards give Past, Present and Future positions. Five cards add Challenge and Outcome. Pick the layout that fits the question; paying for a larger spread does not buy certainty or guarantee a more favourable answer.

Question 2

Which cards are in the deck?

Accepted Answer

The 22 cards of the Major Arcana, from The Fool to The World. The cards for each reading are drawn at random, no card appears twice in one spread, and a card can come up reversed.

Question 3

What makes a good tarot question?

Accepted Answer

Ask about a situation and your role in it. “What should I consider before accepting this job?” gives more room for useful reflection than “Will I be rich?” Include a little context if it helps, but avoid combining several unrelated questions into one request.

Question 4

Can it give a definite yes or no?

Accepted Answer

Treat it as guidance, even when the wording sounds definite. The spread can explore opportunities, obstacles and possible responses, but it cannot establish what will happen. For a decision with serious consequences, check facts and speak with the relevant qualified professional.

Question 5

What does a reversed card mean?

Accepted Answer

Reversed meanings can offer a different angle on a card’s theme, such as difficulty expressing a strength or a need to pause. The result may include upright and reversed descriptions. Neither orientation means you are cursed or that an unpleasant event is certain.

Question 6

How long does the reading take?

Accepted Answer

The interpretation is prepared after the request and any required payment verification. Follow the on-screen progress and status rather than planning around a fixed number of seconds. Service or connection issues can take longer; this page does not promise a delivery deadline.

Question 7

Where are my cards and reading saved?

Accepted Answer

Website purchases can be reopened from the product’s private history using the same account, alongside the reading and receipt links. In the GrahaGuru app, use View latest saved reading when available. Website and app histories should not be assumed to share every purchase.

Question 8

Should I draw again if I dislike the answer?

Accepted Answer

You can choose a new reading, but first sit with the existing one and check what actually fits. Repeatedly asking until you get reassuring words can make reflection less useful. Reopen your saved result to reread it; you do not need a fresh draw for that.

Question 9

What if payment went through but the cards did not load?

Accepted Answer

Check the original purchase in Website private history before starting another checkout. Use recovery if the entry offers it. Keep the reference for support, and read the Refund Policy for review conditions. Where Request refund review appears on an eligible purchase, it submits a review rather than guaranteeing reimbursement.

Question 10

How accurate are future and outcome positions?

Accepted Answer

Those names belong to the spread. They are not evidence that the service can predict an event or measure its likelihood. Tarot and its AI-generated interpretation can be wrong. Read future and outcome text as possibilities to think about, not instructions to surrender your choices.

Question 11

Can tarot prove someone loves me or is hiding something?

Accepted Answer

No. It can offer a perspective on your own feelings and relationship patterns, but it cannot read another person’s mind or establish facts about them. Use direct conversation, consent and observable behaviour to understand a relationship.
