Eligibility and account

The apps are for people aged 18 or older. Keep the device and account secure and use accurate information.

Digital and physical purchases

Astro digital content uses the applicable app-store purchase rail. Shop and Mall physical goods use the Shop commerce rail. Store or payment-provider terms also apply, but do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Subscriptions and separate balances

A subscription screen must show price, billing period, renewal, trial, cancellation, and access terms before purchase. Purchased digital credits do not expire where the app-store rules prohibit expiry. Credits are not bank deposits, savings, cash, or third-party payment instruments.

The Astro wallet belongs only to the Astro digital-service plane. Shop store credit belongs only to the Shop commerce plane. A Mall purchase is recorded as its own Mall transaction. None is interchangeable with another, and none is a general cash balance or payment account.

AI, safety, and reports

AI-assisted or generative features disclose that nature where it is material to informed use. Realistic synthetic audio, visual, or audiovisual information carries the disclosure required for the applicable media and surface. Use the feature's report or feedback control where one is provided, or contact [email protected]. Astrology and AI output are interpretive and not professional or emergency advice.

Updates and deletion

A platform update can be required for security or compatibility. Material legal changes identify a new version and effective date.

Account deletion is available in app and through the public deletion route, subject to explained legal retention.
