Does Karma Journal read my karma or tell my future?

No. This product records the mood and words you enter. The name describes a reflective practice; it does not turn an entry into a calculation of past lives, moral worth or what will happen next. The writing remains your account of your own day.

How soon does an entry appear?

There is no report-generation wait. After you save, check the confirmation and the entry list. A slow connection can delay saving or refreshing the list, so a visible draft alone is not the same as a confirmed saved record. No fixed saving time is promised.

Where do I find earlier entries?

Open Journal in the account you used to write them. The GrahaGuru app shows a dated entry list and recent mood strip. The website directs new practice to Account; earlier Website history may be shown separately as read-only history. Do not assume all old records are merged into one list.

How long does my entry have to be?

One honest line is enough, and the writing fields are optional in the GrahaGuru app once a mood is chosen. Its reflection field allows up to 1,000 characters. Use the space for something you want to recall, rather than a daily performance you feel obliged to maintain.

Can I change what I wrote today?

Accepted Answer

The Astro composer can load today's existing entry so you can change the mood or text and save again. Check the refreshed entry afterwards. Revising today is different from promising that every older entry can be edited, deleted or exported from both the Website and the app.

What do blank days in the mood strip mean?

They mean there is no entry shown for that date. They are not counted as a low mood or a failure. Use the strip as a view of the information you chose to record, not as a complete picture of your emotional life.

Can the journal diagnose my mental health?

Accepted Answer

No. A mood label and a week's notes cannot diagnose a condition or explain everything behind a feeling. The journal does not replace a conversation with someone qualified to help. If writing feels difficult, you can make a short entry or leave it for another day.

Is my journal shared with other users?

Open the journal through your signed-in account. Keep your device and account access in mind when deciding what to write, especially on a shared phone. Read the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. Avoid adding details about someone else that you do not need for your reflection.

Where can I get help or ask about a refund?

Accepted Answer

Use Support in your account for missing entries or saving problems, with the date and any error you saw. This journaling page has no payment step. For a separate charged purchase, keep that purchase's receipt and read the Refund Policy at /refund-policy.html; a journal issue does not establish refund eligibility.
