Question 1

Is Graha Kavacham a medical assessment?

Accepted Answer

No. The map does not diagnose illness, assess organ function or tell you whether treatment is working. A coloured zone or low score is not evidence of a health problem. For symptoms or concerns about your body, seek appropriate medical care rather than interpreting this map as a test.

Question 2

What does the Aura Index measure?

Accepted Answer

It summarises the returned zone scores within this astrological reading. The GrahaGuru app displays it out of ten and the website uses an overall score out of one hundred. It does not measure a physical aura or establish whether you are healthier than someone else.

Question 3

Why is one zone highlighted?

Accepted Answer

In the app map, the highlighted zone is selected from the lowest-scored accessible zone. It suggests where to start reading. It does not mean that area of your body is damaged, blocked in a medical sense or facing danger.

Question 4

Should I take the named herb or follow the diet suggestion?

Accepted Answer

A traditional association is not a prescription. Herbs, foods and exercise can be unsuitable for individual circumstances, so check with a qualified professional before making health-related changes. You can read the meaning and choose a quiet moment of reflection without taking or buying anything.

Question 5

Why do I need birth details rather than health information?

Accepted Answer

Kavacham is based on a saved birth profile and a symbolic planetary framework. It cannot establish the cause of a symptom or replace an individual health assessment.

Question 6

How long does it take to prepare the map?

Accepted Answer

The tool prepares the reading after you request it. A first map may take longer than reopening available data, and the website may show a preparation message before checking again. There is no fixed delivery time promised here; wait for a completed result or a clear error.

Question 7

Where is my map saved?

Accepted Answer

On the website, use Save this reading and wait for the account-save confirmation; Load saved readings then opens the library. The GrahaGuru app opens the current map and does not show the same saved-map library.

Question 8

Does saving a map give me unlimited access?

Accepted Answer

Do not assume that it does. Review the current access terms for the pass or plan. The website checks current access when opening a saved map. A saved past reading and permission to open all zones today are separate, even when both appear in your account.

Question 9

What if my pass is active but the map fails to load?

Accepted Answer

Follow the retry guidance and check that you are signed in to the account that holds the access. If the problem continues, contact Help & Support with Kavacham, the time and your receipt reference. The current Refund Policy explains purchase eligibility; do not pay again simply to clear an error.

Question 10

Can I rely on this reading to make health decisions?

Accepted Answer

No. The scores and guidance are interpretive, and a birth profile cannot reliably establish your present physical condition. Use the map for reflection if it feels useful. Decisions about medicines, symptoms, exercise restrictions or care belong with qualified professionals and your actual circumstances.
