Before you choose.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Open Manage your plan and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. You are not charged again.

When does my plan start?

Your plan starts when your payment is complete. Your questions and reports are ready right away and refresh every month.

How do family profiles work?

Surya covers 3 saved profiles and Ananta covers 6. Add family members in your profile, then choose them when you buy the plan.

Can I buy one reading without a plan?

Yes. One-time readings are paid once and do not renew. You do not need a plan to buy them.

Does one plan work in the app too?

Yes. A plan works on this website and in the GrahaGuru apps, so you never buy it twice. Sign in with the same account. A plan bought inside the app is billed and managed by Google Play or the App Store.

Can I get a refund?

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The month you are already in is not refunded, and your plan runs to its end. If a renewal was charged without the reminder Razorpay must send 24 hours before, we refund it in full. Read the refund policy.

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay, our payment gateway. You approve a monthly e-mandate once, and Razorpay reminds you at least 24 hours before each renewal. We never store your card or UPI details.

Is the price final?

Yes. The price shown is the full amount charged each month. There is no extra charge at checkout.

Can I change my plan?

Cancel your current plan in Manage your plan. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Then choose the new plan. Need help? Email [email protected].
