To get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for it.
What to put in your email
- That you want a summary of your personal data and who we shared it with.
- The email or phone number on your account.
- Which GrahaGuru product you mean (the app, the Shop or the website), if you use more than one.
Never send a password, a one-time code, full card or bank details, or a bank statement. Hide private details in screenshots.
What happens next
We respond within 30 days. If it will take longer, we tell you why and give you a date before the deadline passes.
The Privacy Policy lists the personal data we collect, why we use it and who we share it with.
If you want the data deleted instead
A summary does not delete anything. To close your account and erase your data, see Delete your account and data. Download any report you want to keep first, because we cannot recover it afterwards.
