You can request deletion of your GrahaGuru account and personal data by emailing [email protected]. Send the request from the email linked to your account and say that you want to delete your account.
Before you request deletion
- Save any reports or other information you want to keep. Deletion can be permanent.
- Cancel any active store subscription separately. Deleting your GrahaGuru account does not cancel a store subscription.
- For a Google Play subscription, use Google Play subscription settings. If you use an iPhone, manage an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- If you have a purchase or wallet issue, include it in your request. Do not assume that deletion will issue a refund.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] with your account email and a clear request to delete the account and personal data. If the app shows a Delete Account option in Profile, you can also follow that request flow. If it fails or you cannot sign in, use email.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Support may need to check that the account belongs to you. A request is not confirmation that deletion has finished.
Ask support about the request status and any records that must be kept under the privacy policy or law. This page does not promise a deletion date or a way to undo deletion.
