Why did Google Play refund my payment?

If the app did not finish recording a Google Play payment, Google Play gives the money back by itself after about 3 days. We do not keep that money.

Get free questions and the starter pack

New accounts get 3 free questions. You can earn more with a daily streak and by inviting friends. The starter pack is a paid one-time bundle.

How does voice call billing work?

Voice calls are billed in rupees from your wallet. The rate is shown before every call, and a call with no answer is refunded.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Cancel in the store or on the website that billed you. The app cannot cancel a store subscription for you.

Sign in with email, Google or Apple

You can sign in with an email one-time code or Google. If you use an iPhone, you can also use Apple sign-in. Phone and SMS sign-in are retired.

Why can't I sign in?

Start with the sign-in screen for the GrahaGuru product you were using. Website, Astro and Shop may use different account flows.

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your GrahaGuru account and personal data by emailing [email protected].

Why is my report not ready or not opening?

Check the existing report request before buying or requesting the same paid report again.

Why does my old report not open?

Some reports bought up to 20 July 2026 were stored with an old partner, and a few of those files are gone. We make them again for free.

Why won't my palm photo upload?

A palm reading needs a clear palm photo and finished birth details. Check the message you see, then use these steps.
