A palm reading needs a clear photo of your palm and finished birth details. Find the message you see below.
If you see "Birth details needed"
The palm reading uses your date, time and place of birth. Tap Complete profile, finish your birth details, then try again. You are not charged before this check.
If the app asks for camera or photo permission
Open your phone's Settings, find GrahaGuru, and allow Camera (to take a photo) or Photos (to pick one). Then reopen the app and try again.
If you see "Image Too Large"
The photo must be under 5MB. Take a new photo with the camera, or pick a smaller one. You are not charged for a photo that is too large.
If you see "Invalid Image"
The app could not read a palm in the photo. Use good light, keep your palm flat and in focus with the palm facing the camera, and take the photo again.
If you see "Failed to analyze palm"
- Check that your internet connection works.
- Wait a minute, then try again with the same photo and the same hand.
- If it still fails, close the app, open it again and sign in if asked.
If you were charged
If the app could not read your photo, your wallet history can show a charge line and a refund line for the same reading. Open Profile, then Wallet, and check it before you try again. Do not buy another reading to test it.
Still stuck?
