Start with the service that took your payment. A refund request does not mean a refund is approved.

Android app payments use Google Play Billing. If you use an iPhone, app payments use Apple In-App Purchase.

Android app purchases

Use the Google Play refund process. Sign in to the Google account used for the purchase and follow its refund steps. Google Play rules apply to purchases billed by Google Play.

If you use an iPhone

For purchases billed by Apple In-App Purchase, follow the Apple refund steps. You can request a refund at Report a Problem using the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple decides whether the purchase qualifies.

Website and Shop purchases

For a purchase on grahaguru.in or in the Shop, email [email protected] with the product, order reference, date, amount and reason for your request. These purchases are separate from app store purchases. The policy for that product applies.

If a purchase failed or looks wrong

Do not pay again to test it. Tell support what you bought and what is missing. Include your account email and store or order reference. Support can check the records.

A wallet entry is not proof of a refund to your bank or card. Do not assume that a failed reading or report has been refunded. Check the purchase and refund status with the service that billed you.

Refund approval and return of money depend on the payment provider and the rules that apply.

Never send a password, a one-time code, full card or bank details, or a bank statement. Hide private details in screenshots.
