Why does my question balance look wrong after an update?

Updated 11 October 2026

Wallet money and question credits are different. A wallet top-up does not by itself give you questions.

Check which balance looks wrong: wallet money or question credits.

What to try

  1. On Android, check for an app update in Google Play. If you use an iPhone, check for an update in the App Store.
  2. Check the account email and use the GrahaGuru account you used before the update.
  3. Open Profile, then Wallet. Read both balances. If a balance retry option is shown, use it.
  4. Check wallet activity and any question pack receipt. A top-up receipt is not a question pack receipt.
  5. Close the app fully and open it again.

Still wrong?

Email [email protected] with your account email, app version, the date of the update, and which balance is wrong. Include the purchase reference if relevant and a screenshot with private details hidden.

Support can check the account records. An app update or a change in sign-in method alone does not prove that credits were lost or that you have a different account.

Never send a password, a one-time code, full card or bank details, or a bank statement. Hide private details in screenshots.
