Wallet money and question credits are different. Adding money to your wallet does not by itself give you questions.
Your wallet holds money in rupees. Your question balance counts how many questions you can still ask Vedika. They are two separate balances, and the Wallet screen shows them separately.
What you see in the app
Open Profile, then Wallet.
- Wallet balance is your money. Top up makes it go up.
- Questions remaining is how many questions you can still ask. Buying a question pack makes it go up.
How to get questions
- Top up your wallet if it does not have enough money.
- On the same screen, choose a question pack. Read the number of questions and the price before you confirm.
- If your wallet has enough money, you can pay for the pack from it. If it is short, the screen shows how much is missing.
- After the purchase, check that Questions remaining went up.
I paid, but I cannot ask a question
The payment may have been a wallet top-up. A top-up adds money, not questions. Open Profile, then Wallet, and look at both balances. If the money is there but questions remaining is zero, buy a question pack.
Do not pay again to test it.
Android app payments use Google Play Billing. If you use an iPhone, app payments use Apple In-App Purchase. The price you pay is the price the store shows.

Email [email protected] with your account email, the receipt reference and which balance looks wrong (wallet money or questions). Support can check the account records.
Never send a password, a one-time code, full card or bank details, or a bank statement. Hide private details in screenshots.

- प्रश्न शेष बताता है कि आप कितने प्रश्न और पूछ सकते हैं। प्रश्न पैक खरीदने से यह बढ़ता है।
प्रश्न कैसे मिलेंगे
- वॉलेट में पैसे कम हों तो पहले टॉप अप करें।
- उसी स्क्रीन पर एक प्रश्न पैक चुनें। पक्का करने से पहले प्रश्नों की संख्या और कीमत पढ़ लें।
- वॉलेट में पूरे पैसे हों तो पैक का भुगतान वॉलेट से हो सकता है। पैसे कम हों तो स्क्रीन बताती है कि कितने कम हैं।
- खरीद के बाद देखें कि प्रश्न शेष बढ़ा या नहीं।
पैसे दिए, पर प्रश्न नहीं पूछ पा रहे
हो सकता है आपने वॉलेट टॉप अप किया हो। टॉप अप से पैसे जुड़ते हैं, प्रश्न नहीं। प्रोफ़ाइल, फिर वॉलेट खोलकर दोनों बैलेंस देखें। पैसे दिख रहे हैं पर प्रश्न शेष शून्य है, तो एक प्रश्न पैक खरीदें।

पासवर्ड, वन-टाइम कोड, पूरा कार्ड या बैंक विवरण, या बैंक स्टेटमेंट कभी न भेजें। स्क्रीनशॉट में निजी जानकारी छिपा दें।
