Voice calls are paid from your wallet in rupees, by the minute. The rate is shown on the call screen before you start.
The guides are AI voices, not a human astrologer. A voice call does not use your question balance.
Before the call
- Open Voice AI (the screen is called Talk to an Astrologer) or, on the website, Vedika Voice.
- Read the Charges on the call screen. It shows the price of the first 2 minutes and the price for each minute after that. If the rate is marked indicative, your wallet is charged at the rate quoted when the call starts.
- Your wallet must cover the first 2 minutes. If it does not, the app asks you to add money.
- You need your birth details in your profile, and the app asks for microphone permission before the first charge.
What you are charged
- The first 2 minutes are charged as one introduction fee.
- After that, each minute you start is charged at the per-minute rate.
- You are charged only for what was delivered. If Vedika never answered, the call is refunded to your wallet and your activity shows Voice call refund (no answer).
- If your wallet runs out during a call, the call ends. Add money before you call again.
See what you paid
Open Profile, then Wallet, to see the charges in your activity. Your past calls shows the guide, how long you talked and what it cost. It is a record of the call, not an audio recording.
If a call drops or looks stuck
The app may say Your previous call is still settling. Wait for it to finish before you start another call. Charges and any refund for the unfinished call are settled for you.
Refunds
A voice minute you used cannot be returned, whether or not you liked the answer. Money taken for a call where nothing was delivered is refunded. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the rules.
If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] with the date, the guide and the amount.
