Cancel in the store or on the website that billed you. The app cannot cancel a store subscription for you.
If you are not sure which one billed you, check the receipt email. It names the store that charged you.
Android: Google Play
- Open the Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose GrahaGuru, then Cancel subscription.
On the Android Wallet screen, Manage subscription opens the same Play Store page.
iPhone: Apple
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then choose GrahaGuru.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Use the Apple Account that paid for the subscription.
If your Wallet shows "Manage your plan"
Some Android plans are managed inside the app. The Wallet screen then shows a Manage your plan card with Pause subscription, Resume subscription and Cancel subscription. After you cancel, your access stays active until the provider confirms the end of your subscription.
Subscriptions bought on the website
Open Manage subscription and log in to see your plans. If you do not see your plan there, email [email protected].
What cancelling does
- Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- The period you are already in is not refunded, and your access runs to the end of it.
- Partial refunds for unused days are not offered.
- Deleting your GrahaGuru account does not cancel a store subscription, and the store keeps charging you. Cancel first, then delete.
